Property owners at 2500(elderly) have multiple ramshackle sheds in their backyard, wired with power but undoubtedly not up to code. Their fence bordering 2504 is literally made from garbage and is falling apart into the yard of 2504. Its a Fire hazard and a pest hazard, I see raccoons and opossum going in and out of their shanty town sheds all the time.
Lot is overgrown, piles of trash are in the driveway and a homeless person lives in his car on the driveway.
Elderly Homeowners at 2502 have a horrid, unstable, "fence" made out of literally garbage. They also have a literal shanty town of shacks and homemade sheds in their backyard, some of which are wired with electricity which I imagine is NOT UP TO CODE. FIRE HAZARD. DISEASE HAZARD as well since i have seen raccoons and opossum going in and out of the sheds nearest my property line like they own the place. Not only does it look like absolute shit, it IS A DISEASE AND FIRE HAZARD. I DEMAND SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS.
There is an excessive amount of trash in a backyard along the B-Line trail; it looks like it one of the houses on Kendall Drive has been dumping here. Trash is visible by taking the more westward of the 2 branches of the B-Line at country club (the new one) and heading north. It's pretty close to Country Club. Within a hundred yards or so.
Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Misc. debris scattered mostly in back yard. Non compliance with mowing ordinance. Also property to east of 908 N. Madison blocking alley and trash and debris in yard.
There is an old abandoned couch in the small swath of trees on the West Side of the Convention Center on the South side of the overpass walkway. This is directly across from Fox Motorcycle. There are also several beer cans.
This property has car parts, household furniture, a hauling trailer made out of the back end of some truck parked on the grass. It just has junk coming out from everywhere. I mean I don't like having to report people but why does the neighborhood have to be brought down because someone can't/won't get an off site storage space.

The house at 3508 E Park Lane has not been inhabited since April or May. There are mounds of junk and trash on the side and in the front of the house. The front yard has been mowed once across the summer but the side yards and the back yard has not been mowed. We have seen an increase in the amount of mosquitos in our neighborhood this summer, it is possible that the back and side yards provide breeding grounds. I would like the city to send a representative to check on this property and require a clean-up. This is not helping us improve the overall value of the neighborhood.
