Other: The house at 3508 E Park Lane has not been inhabited since April or May. There are mounds of junk and trash on the side and in the front of the house. The front yard has been mowed once across the summer but the side yards and the back yard has not been mowed. We have seen an increase in the amount of mosquitos in our neighborhood this summer, it is possible that the back and side yards provide breeding grounds. I would like the city to send a representative to check on this property and require a clean-up. This is not helping us improve the overall value of the neighborhood.
Spoke with tenant. They are working on the debris in front yard. Were gone for several months. Overgrowth has been cut.
Issued NOV today for overgrowth and for trash and debris on property. Will continue with enforcement process until property is in compliance.
