A large, white container filled with construction waste (apparently toxic) has been sitting on the SE corner of Madison and 7th for several months, ever since the construction of the "7-Line" bicycle path.
Does it need an explanation? Hazards to kids and rodent attraction.

The sidewalk on the west side of Fairview has been made hazardous by the property owner at 708 W 12th Street neglecting maintenance of their property for many years. The plants are growing into the public right-of-way, and the pine needle litter is so deep that when it is wet it is causing a slip hazard. It's been like this for at least three years and I am tired of neglectful property owners renting out their houses for income and not being good neighbors.
Dirt, sticks, mud on sidewalk makes it difficult to walk on.
