Gutters on both sides of the street are clogged from leaves coming down from the top of the hill and collecting in the drain with rain causing pooling, especially during hard rainfall. With rain forecasted over the coming week, this debris needs to be cleared from the drains so the runoff has someplace to go

Since last week's rainfall, the sewer grates on E 1st Street are covered with leaves, particularly between Fess and Grant Streets, thus preventing the proper drainage of rainwater.
