Illegal dumping on CSX Transportation property directly next to B-Line trail. I have contacted the County Solid Waste Department, but they had said they cannot do anything since access would be required on the B-Line trail. Pile of yard debris on the south side of the creek needs to be removed as there's a family of skunks living in it. Debris has been there for years but all previous homeowners claim it's "too hard" to clean that side of the creek when the city didn't provide them with a way across it.

This house has had numerous sofas piled in the driveway for over a week and other pieces of furniture in the driveway throughout the winter. It appears they are trying to sell the furniture online on Facebook after sitting outside in all types of weather.

The sidewalk on the west side of Fairview has been made hazardous by the property owner at 708 W 12th Street neglecting maintenance of their property for many years. The plants are growing into the public right-of-way, and the pine needle litter is so deep that when it is wet it is causing a slip hazard. It's been like this for at least three years and I am tired of neglectful property owners renting out their houses for income and not being good neighbors.
