Bob Brown 812-350-5117 Resident stated that there is a Mighty Tough Envirusac full of a toxic looking substance located at 1010 Sherbrook Drive in the greenway between the sidewalk and the street. It has been there approximately 2 weeks.

Hi, I'm riding again because the person before couldn't find the dead animal. I reported it is still there next to the Bloomington utilities fire station number 5. As you exit the parking lot, there is a stop sign across the sidewalk from the top from the stop sign is an oak tree and under the oak tree is some flat gray fur that doesn't smell anymore but it is still there. Requesting removal of debris from the late June wind storm. Our previous Ureport request (#192302) was updated to Resolved, but the debris has never been removed. The attached photo is from last Wednesday, 9/11/24.
This is storm damage in our neighbor's front yard from 2 months ago. She reported it as soon as the storm damage cleanup portal opened. She is moving tomorrow so is unmotivated to follow through on getting this done. We have many rats in the neighborhood due to the big dig a couple years ago in our backyards and this presents the perfect cover and housing for rats. I would like the city to pick this storm damage up as my neighbor Chantal cagle requested. Thank you
