The sidewalk in front of the old Lung Chung restaurant (between 4th and 5th St.) has not been cleared of snow and ice. Mr. Moncel fell in front of this establishment.

Mr. & Mrs. Hawkins receiving mixed messages about whether City actually is responsible for snow removal on their cul de sac. Their address doesn't seem to be on the list for snow removal so they must call each time snow removal is required. Chris, please clarify.

elderly gentlemen phoned in that he shoveled his walk and a city plow truck went by and put at least 3-4 inches of snow back onto his sidewalk. He is extremely unhappy about this and wanted to file a complaint.
