Parking on unimproved surface
The van that you see in this GIS screen shot is parked across from my front door and on a regular basis exceeds the 3 consecutive day on not being move rule, sometimes vehicle not being moved for weeks. Please monitor.
This vehicle continues to be parked in the same parking spot. The owner may or may not move the vehicle for days. I know this vehicle was given a warning earlier in the week. Thank you. I was told by Parking Enforcement that vehicles must move parking space locations every 3 days.
Tenants park are parked in the front of the house blocking the public sidewalk. on 11/16/98 at 11:15 pm complaintant almost hit a jogger because he went out in the street to get around the cars parked on the sidewalk. Complaintant has talked with tenant about problem before, but it continues. He also questions the number of tenants here.

Note on Desk that vehicle parked in grass at 402 East 6th
Recently the front yard of this property was largely covered with gravel. There were today 4 cars parked on what used to be partly a yard. It's strange and degrades the street and neighborhood. Is this legal?
