Yeakel paid son's pkg tickets & next day a deputy came with writ for her arrest. Yeakel plans a vigorous "anti Bloomington/IU" campaign to expose B'ton as money sucking, illegal pkg operation. In Monroe County, writs are only used when one is pulled over for speeding or other moving violation.)
