According to the Municipal code the West side of the street is no parking and is posted no parking.. The daughter states that cars park on both sides of the street making it impossible for anoyone to drive down the street. She is concerned that emergency personnel could not get to her parents if needed.

several years ago this property received a variance for lot coverage so they could build huge garage. The tenants are not allowed to park in the garage so they are now parking on the remaining small green space north of the garage and have created a mud patch.
