Parking on Unimproved Surface: Request
Phone Call: several years ago this property received a variance for lot coverage so they could build huge garage. The tenants are not allowed to park in the garage so they are now parking on the remaining small green space north of the garage and have created a mud patch.

Conducted several site inspections. No evidence of a mud patch. A car is parked on the gravel entry to the garage. This is the only driveway for the property. (One photo for the record.) No action taken. Parked car is on an improved surface and on private property, however it may be within the row.
