Phone Call: Resident called in to complain about the location of a dumpster that has been parked beside their residence for approximately 2 months. Problems related to the dumpster location precipitated after IU students began move-in activities earlier this month. The resident has not been able to reliably utilize sanitation services because the dumpster obstructs access for sanitation vehicles. Sanitation has issued warnings to the resident for trash build-up, but the resident does not control the dumpster and has requested help to remediate the problem.
