This truck is constantly parked on the street. it is obstructing vehicular traffic. When are you going to tow or ticket this person so I can drive through my neighborhood safely without hitting head on another car coming off of walnut. Randy is always having people park blocking the shared alley. He also will park up to 3 cars in his front yard on the grass, making it almost impossible to get in or out of the drive without hitting the plants on the side of the alley. This is an almost daily occurrence.
