Hello, I have spoken to Jennifer about an issue with two, different neighbors parking vehicles on their front lawns, with plenty of street parking available. This is the second of two submissions. Address: 3542 N Windcrest Drive 47404 - Fritz Terrace - This address cycles thru a number of vehicles that park on the front lawn, despite ample space on the street.

3 cars in yard for months and months
3-5 cars parking in front of house on grass every day for at least two weeks. Large drive with plenty of parking beside house. It's a mystery.
