BELIEVES THE TENANTS AT 200 S JEFFERSON ARE PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 4TH WHERE THERE IS A NO PARKING AND THEY ARE ALSO PARKING ON THE GRASS IN FRONT OF THE NO PARKING SIGN.
Porperty owner has a vehicle parked in the ROW on a street with NO parking signs posted. Parking enforcement asked for Engineering help on determining the Actual ROW
Ken Titus owner of Ait Tek is experiancing problems with construction workers parking too close to his drive which needs either a sign or yellow curb placed to prevent this from happening.
There is a tan Explorer with license plate 53J3583 that parks on the sidewalk near the old Doughshack across from the Police Station that impedes pedestrain travel.
NEIGHBORHOOD RESIDENT IS UPSET THAT THIS CAR HAS REMAINED PARKED AT THE NORTHSIDE CORNER OF LAKEWOOD DR & RAMBLE WITHOUT MOVING FOR 2-3 WEEKS. IS PARKED CLOSE TO THE STOP SIGN AND CREATES A DRIVING HAZARD. CAR IS A DK BLUE VOLVO WITH BASHED FENDER PLATE IS INDIANA 53-J676. HE ALSO SUGGESTS THAT THE CURB GET PAINTED.
Caller reports people parking in the alley after 5pm for long periods of time and also blocking in private parking.
Mrs Smith's daughter called and her parents live at this address. Both parents have health concerns. According to the Municipal code the West side of the street is no parking and is posted no parking.. The daughter states that cars park on both sides of the street making it impossible for anoyone to drive down the street. She is concerned that emergency personnel could not get to her parents if needed.
tenants are parking on grass and driving across neighbors yard. (corner lot) complainant says this is possibly over occupied but Carol just did the cycle on this and says it is the tenant's girlfriends staying over. Mr Hanna says the best time to see problem is in early morning and after fresh snow.
