several years ago this property received a variance for lot coverage so they could build huge garage. The tenants are not allowed to park in the garage so they are now parking on the remaining small green space north of the garage and have created a mud patch.

The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. HE STATES THERE IS A CAR THAT PARKS @ 25 FT FROM THE STOP SIGN AT LAKEWOOD DR AND DUNN AND THAT IT IS HARD TO TURN. WONDERS IF THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PARK THERE.
