Parking on the lawn on Lincoln Street just north of 12th St.
There are trucks and a boat parked in the front and back yard. There is also a big tow truck in the yard.
the small vacant house next to 330 has a motor home parked on an unapproved surface.
Resident living at the corner of N. Kingsley and W. Briarcliff has been parking a vendor truck on the lawn. Caller said that there is mud everywhere due to where the truck is being illegally parked.

COntinually parking on the lawn. Ruts have deeloped in the yard. They pull in from the apartment building parking lot
Pays for city parking permit; last year's permit expired, & in the two days he waited to get permit, he got two tickets. He thinks that it is ridiculous to pay to park in front of his own home, and it is frustrated that he was given tickets while applying for a new permit. He also disagrees with the appeal process because five days is not long enough for someone to file an appeal. He feels the parking policy is unjust.
