1600 n Willis there was two no parking signs in front of the apartments now there is one someone has taken one and when they park in front of apartments the side street is obstructed from view and can't see traffic on Willis so it needs investicated

Citizen registered complaint about parking during Bryan Park events-- he says overflow usually goes to Woodlawn, but even then there isn't enough parking and cars begin parking in people's yards on Woodlawn and around the park.
