There is always 2 cars parked in the yard. Sometimes there is 15-20 cars parked up and down the alley. The tenants seem to be using the alley as parking and it is difficult for anyone to get around them. The house @ 719 1/2 is supposed to have 2 parking places and the girl that lives there never has a place to park due to the front unit. Please call Betty Hart with any updates on this complaint.
