Please send a parking enforcement officer to overhill drive, Hillsdale drive, E 5th street, N Clark street. The whole neighborhood is overrun today especially with cars parked illegally along the roads without permits, in no parking zones, and along driveways and public road but in grass too.
The owner of 408 S Mitchell now has created a couple of extra parking spaces in the yard on what used to be grass. Did they get a permit to do this?
Every school day, multiple cars park along 2nd street in front of Binford school. Other cars are backed up from the parking lot. They block part of the street while doing this, and they make it dangerous to put onto the street and to drive through the area. Please do not allow them to park partially in the street or in areas that are not parking spots.
