The address for this issue is at 302 E. 7th st. The picture that I’m including shows the tenants at this house are coming North on 200 N Lincoln st driving over the curb/Sidewalk and driving through their yard and sometimes parking in the back yard.

Blue Ford (old complaint at same address) is gone, BUT now we have cars parking on the lawn (backyard) and in some instances blocking the alley. Can you see what can be done? 3 of the 4 houses on that block use the gravel alley to reach the parking behind their houses.
