Parking on Unimproved Surface: Request
Phone Call: Students are parking on the lawn at the NW corner of 7th & Jefferson and ruining new sod. Also students are parking on the lawn at 5th & Bryan St., which is nothing but mud now.

Driveby on 5th & Bryan: Not valid Driveby on 7th and Jefferson: Valid...left door hanger. Tenant called from 7th and Jefferson. I explained ordinance, and she agreed they would comply.
