The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. On the weekends a car is parked in the yard of this property adjacent to the alley, but they move it during the week day. Can parking issue fines on weekends? The property as a whole is disgrace and looks like a shack, dragging down property values. Who would want to live near people like this?
There are fresh piles of stone on the alley along the southside of this property. It appears that they intend to convert the backyard into parking. Is this legal? Please disregard this concern if the stone is instead intended for improvement of the alley.
The property owner has created a parking space by pouring gravel on the ground at the intersection of the alleys. There were two vehicles parked on the gravel this last weekend, and a total of seven vehicles parked on the property.
