I live in Zone 3 and the leaves weren’t vacuumed during the dates specified. I’m almost certain they were curbside in the time frame given. I’m not complaining, I’m sharing information to prevent additional exclusions.

Hello - Park Ridge neighborhood. Please tell me the range of dates for the leaf pick up? I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. Ms. Bates watched the leaf removal crew and was upset by the fact that it took 7 or 8 people to run 2 or 3 trucks. The collection process was not efficient at all. Too many employees were standing around and no work was being done.
