Home owner who lives @ 1200 W East Branch Road, Bloomington In. (West Point Housing Addition) require owners to immediately clean up after their pets on public streets,sidewalks, and neighboring lawns, In Bloomington, City ordinances requires home owner in custody of a dog to immediately remove any feces deposited
There are 5 or more foxes that are roaming our neighborhood at night. I'm seeing them regularly now, 2-3 times per week. There is an abandoned orange cat left by a tenant that has been roaming outside for around 2 weeks

Owner has left the dog outside in the heat all week. Neighbors have been giving the dog food and water. The dog howls outside all through the night. The owner hasn't been seen in days. The neighborhood has repeatedly notified the City of these concerns.
