Ms. Moore has contacted Animal Control many times re dog (which attacks people) running loose in her neighborhood. When she calls, dog is restrained for a couple months then is turned loose again. Ms. Moore plans to send letter to Mayor requesting that dog is restrained permanently.

Many dog owners do not keep their dogs on leashes when they bring them to 9th Street Park & dogs are a problem for her and her cats in her yard. Diana would like more patrol and larger signs to advise/educate park visitors about leash law.

McDonald called BPD at 3:30 a.m. re barking dog & was told BPD does not respond to this type noise complaint and that he should confront owner of dog. McDonald felt that confronting owner at 3:30 a.m. would possibly create a dangerous situation and in addition, BPD should change policy to respond to this type noise situation same as if it was a loud stereo. (FYI - A.C. officers will contact McDonald re filing affadavit about noise nuisance.)

Robert Jones lives at this address, he has 2 boxer dogs. One (brown) is vicious. Dogs bark from 7AM to 1AM. He works at Crane. They can't mow or weed along fence because dogs attack.
