Multiple (20+) cats being fed behind property. Attraction seems to be concentrated in neighborhood.
Problem reported in alley off of W. Cottage Grove Avenue between cottage Grove and W. 11th St. Reports of large amounts of animals in back yard near ally, noise complaint as well. Person making complaint wished to remain anonymous to avoid potential retaliation by homeowner. Has made complaint in the past from address 612 N. Summit St.
Larry Williams called into Elizabeth Walter at the Mayor's office to complain about the property at 612 N. Monroe being over run with cats (around 10) and trash. He owns four neighboring properties: 623, 631, 635, 639 N. Monroe. He filed a uReport about this himself over a month ago and said there hasn't been any progress on the matter. I filed this for Animal Control but HAND and Public Works may be interested as well since there is an abundance of trash as well.
Dozens of cats running loose, creating nuisance
Stray, blondish brown dog w/bobbed tail attacked Hall's dog yesterday. Hall wants stray dog removed from the streets. Has spoken to animal control about this but dog is still on the loose.

Many dog owners do not keep their dogs on leashes when they bring them to 9th Street Park & dogs are a problem for her and her cats in her yard. Diana would like more patrol and larger signs to advise/educate park visitors about leash law. xc: Dave Williams
