Spotted a fawn in my backyard, behind my fence. I do not know how to contact the people who are tagging the fawns. I can be reached on my cell at 812.322.0942

A small white poodle dog has been running around the Blue Ridge and Matlock Heights neighborhoods these past few days. It appears to be wearing a collar and tag. We've tried to catch it, but it runs away before we can get to it. This is the location of the last sighting (moments ago).
412 E. 4th St, cat with no collar. too thin, matted coat. Postman says he's seen the cat for weeks or maybe months in same area. Cat is skittish/wary but also sort of meows for help, I think.
There are barking dogs at this address all day long starting very early in the morning. It's especially bad between 8am-12pm. They need to be forced to put up a solid fence around their backyard so their dogs can't see the street or backyard neighbors. When the inhabitants of this house were addressed by the neighbors they threatened to physically harm anyone complaining about their dogs. The police were called last year due to the physical threats. There must be some ordinance about barking dogs all day long. Can you make them put up a solid fence so their dogs can't see anyone who is walking by on the street or in their own backyard?
Residents have two very large dogs, which they let out of the house unleashed. Yard is not fenced. Last night they attacked another dog in the neighborhood.
There is a small sandy-colored dog tied to a post in People's Park that looks undernourished/neglected.
Why are there not pictures of all the adoptable dogs?
2219 South Sussex Dr. has a dog that is barking all night for at least a week. Thank you.
