Barking dog all night, left unattended.
Barking dog all night, left unattended.
Barking dog every evening from 10pm-12am everyday. The dog is sometimes in the backyard. Other times inside barking through a window. Complete nuisance, and owner does nothing, while we all try and sleep.
Constant barking dog all day, but really bad in the evenings. Someone help us bring an end to this and help this animal.
Dead raccoon in the street, stinking up the neighborhood, attracting vultures and maggots. The residents want it gone as soon as possible. Reported by Charles Billings, 812.334.2900. He has called 3 times to try to get the raccoon removed.
dead yellow kitten on Rogers (northbound curb), just north of Country Club.
Multiple dogs are being kept in a shed in the back yard, one was chained up outside the gate, they aren't let out of the shed often, when they are they dogs look to be very thin and aggressive. Barking alot of odors coming from area. Belive there maybe some inside the house also.
Can smell dead animal in area of fenced in yard. Owner has multiple dogs and hasn't been home from what can tell. Worried about the animals.
The property is so unkempt and weeds so long that various animals are now hiding in the weeds very close to the walkway. Including a stray cat that is aggressive and dedicating/urinating on lawns! (NOT the Persian cat that sits on the front porch of the White House across the street).
I want to report a potential animal neglect situation. From my house, I hear the cry of a dog, at different times of the day, for several weeks. The noise comes from apartment number 19 (2611 E. 2nd St). The crying is mostly during business hours, so I'm assuming it's because he's locked up alone, and suffering from some separation anxiety. I have reported this to the landlord who has contacted the owner, however, there is no change in the situation. I would like to request that this situation be investigated, and verify that the animal is in good physical and psychological condition.
