Citizen upset with phone service at Animal Shelter - can't get through. Has complaint about 4 cats next door that stay in her yard all the time.
Concern re: "arrogancy & audacity of city &/or county council & humane society to raise fine of stray animals from $15 to $100 in one 'swell foop' Just another liberal engine running at breakneck speed toward the backs of lawabiding, voting patriots along w/their evident bedfellows, the HT who shamelessly committed yellow dog journalism by portraying increase as rewards."

Ms. Moore has contacted Animal Control many times re dog (which attacks people) running loose in her neighborhood. When she calls, dog is restrained for a couple months then is turned loose again. Ms. Moore plans to send letter to Mayor requesting that dog is restrained permanently.
Large possum in neighborhood is snarling at children. Animal control won't come right out to trap animal. Mrs. Eserey wants the animal trapped immediately.

MS GOODMAN IS CONCERNED ABOUT DOGS OFF LEASHES IN THE PARK . CHILDREN PLAY ON THE PLAYGROUND, AND SHE FEELS THAT THE UNLEASHED DOGS ARE A HAZARD. THE DOGS OFTEN LEAVE THE PARK AND DISRUPT THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD.
