3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. i have been calling your office and you guys never answer that phone you say you come to patrol and you dont come to the place either and the dog at apartment 1157 south basswood cir is crying and barking all day i am disappointed that you dont do anything , the dog is going to die and you never come.
