The neighbors dog is consistently outside unattended and is aggressive towards the occupants at 5008 Harvest Ct. There have been several close calls with the dog attempting to bite. To establish a record I am asking for assistance. The latest incident was today (9/6/2023) at approximately 8:26. The driver, Jordy Wittmer, provided a video to me of which the attached picture was taken. I am the owner of the home at 5008 and Mr. Wittmer is one of my tenets. Case #206632 was closed as "not inside city limits". That is incorrect as this (and various other addresses on this street and into the neighborhood are indeed in city limits. I hope the loose animal was not injured due to the ignoring of the report since this was not looked into. This issue remains and someone needs to go look into it, and hopefully the animal is not neglected.

There is a dead skunk in the road in front of 508 N Indiana Ave. It keeps getting run over and is causing houses around the area to smell like skunk.
