Switchyard Dog Park, Large Dog enclosure
Please erect a barrier promptly, around the collection of mud + water about 25 feet from the entrance. During my 1st visit with my dog on Saturday, 9-11, he noticed the area by following another dog into the mud. Note there is no hose + water source to rinse dogs, unlike Ferguson Dog Pk, which has this resource during non-winter months. In addition to causing damage to the interior of my car, the muddy substrate was not easily cleaned. A rash has developed in several areas of my dog's skin. Water alone did not remedy the muck; standard dog shampoo fared a bit better. I diluted Dawn dish detergent, which worked best but likely added to the discomfort of the rash. We have a veterinary appt on Monday to address. Again, please erect a barrier around this area and also plan for long-term, engineering solution. Thank you.
(I also suggest the installation of water hoses and will submit that separately.)

No issue!
I am enrolled in the Resident's Academy and recently toured Switchyard Park with hosts Paula McDevitt and Tim Street. This was super enjoyable and informative. Kudos to Paula, Tim, and their respective crews!

the two tennis courts surface are damaged by the flood in June that the ground is bulked up and is a serious tripping and safety hazard. Can you repair the courts? They are frequently used by residents before the damage.

The Switchyard Skatepark lights need turned back on for the evenings. I've talked to the construction crew and they only intended them to be off for the first couple days. Thanks!

Switchyard Skatepark lights still haven't been turned on. B-Line and adjacent park lights came on around 7:10p last night, and by the time I left at 8 (because it was too dark to keep skating), they still weren't on. I'd really like to make sure they're on for tomorrow's opening of the new features! (Though tonight would be better)
Secondary comment: Is there a way to update old tickets instead of creating new ones? I've tried replying to the emails in the past but that didn't seem to work.

The second light pole south of the far north east corner of the Bryan Park tennis courts has a metal piece that is off and the wires inside are now exposed. This could be dangerous having live electrical wires exposed in a park.

Not a problem—requesting that there be a pickleball court lines drawn on the current tennis courts or on the hitting surface so we can include pickleball playing in the park. Lots of us would love to play here!

Would you consider adding a pickle ball court or at least painting lines for pickle ball on the tennis courts and/or the pavement next to the courts?

There are holes in the ground where the small, wooden fence used to be along Sheridan Creek in Bryan Park. Several of these have not been filled since that fence was removed. Friday evening, my dog tripped into one of these holes. She has developed a limp since and will need a veterinary exam Monday. These holes are large enough that a dog/ child/small adult foot can go into them. They have become covered in leaves and difficult to spot. The holes are on the north side of the sidewalk between Woodlawn and the park restrooms, at least.
