Lock is gone and kids are turning on water
Lock is gone and kids are turning on water
Hello- Our house borders Winslow Woods Park, and there are several dead trees within the city lines that appear to be in danger of toppling onto our property. What is the city's policy regarding dead tree removal? Thanks, -Triana Dalia- 2143 S Bent Tree Dr.
There's a large bee hive in one of the pine trees between the playground and the ball courts. It's a nice climbing tree too and today a friend's daughter climbed the tree and upset the hive. She got two stings and her mother one as well. I love bees but perhaps it would be possible to relocate this hive somewhere away from the playground? Perhaps into the orchard with the others so they can make some more honey for us all?
Please renew the collaboration with IU Health to provide sunblock at the city pools. This is just as much of a health and safety consideration at the pool as lifeguards. Thank you.
Need to report an ongoing problem with an adult non-neutered Rottweiler coming to the park and being aggressive with other dogs. Owners drive black RangeRover, IN plate WE7460. I have seen this dog a few times now and today informed the couple that non-neutered dogs aren't allowed in the park. They disregarded my comments so I called BPD. The responding officer stated that his girlfriend may have had difficulties with the same animal. Hopefully we can let these people know that their one animal can cause difficulties for many others....
Weeds growing through and over benches, tree down over playground and path
Lots of weeds around and growing up one bench at Bryan Park. Bench is located on east side of playground near basketball court.
Tree down on basketball court at Bryan park.
City tree large branch down on sidewalk and our yard and is rotted
Felt uncomfortable having my family at building and trades park because homeless people were using the covered area as a place to live in relatively large numbers. They had their belongings, food items, chairs and other furniture for sleeping. It was obvious it was more for them than a day or at the park. Also they left trash around the restroom area. This is sad as it male it an unsafe atmosphere for children like a park with a playground should be. We ended up leaving early even though we live in this neighborhood.
