Went to the third street park with our child and the first thing we could saw was a couple with an open container of hard alcohol. As we were at the play ground it seemed they left but noticed they moved to the stage instead and were lying on their mats. It seemed they were living there. Our daughter usually likes to wander into the stage at some point but we had to tell her no and had to leave because we didn't feel safe. Mind you the police station is just behind this park and it seemed it was not being policed at all. People should not be able to use the parks as their residence. Could parks and rec please do something about this?

The Meadowwood retirement has big pond with fountain in the middle and runoff stream goes into lake Griffy. Last few weeks the pond reeks of sewer and the stream into lake Griffy is horrible smelling almost raw sewer look please look into this ASAP!!

Overgrown foliage impedes dog walking, makes adjacent property management harder (you're spreading weeds), endangers neighborhood (place for dkunks and people to hid). Never seen so much mess in 17 years living at this address.

So many children bike and walk through Olcott Park to get to Jackson Creek Middle School. Why are there no lights for the extremely dark conditions at 7:30 am? Even one light along the sidewalk or walking path would help immensely.

Bryan park is a gem with its rolling hills and lovely planting season. The place ment of solar panels destroys the view shed and puts an ugly scar on the landscape. Could not the panels been put on the roof of the pool building? Furthermore, those of us entering from Woodlawn will not be able to see into the park making it much less safe.

I purchased a golf membership at Cascades on 7/24/2017. I am very upset with a few things. One, they did not inform me that 1/3 of the course was going to be closed for 18 months. Secondly, many people play golf in the winter, and they have been closed on many playable days. I have played the last 2 Sundays at Rolling Meadows, and Cascades has been closed both days. I feel like I got ripped off buying this membership, and want to cancel it with some kind of partial refund. Please email me with a response to this.

Most of the links on the Deer Task Force Page are not linked properly. (https://bloomington.in.gov/boards/deertaskforce) No POC link on page for follow up of the Deer Task Force Report. Report is 6 years old. What's the current status? Griffy Lake has been culled. What about Residential Bloomington as there is no movement between Griffy Lake and Residential Bloomington? There is a growing population in Residential Bloomington.
