Can Olcott Park change out several if their "big kid" swings to toddler/baby swings???? The big kid swings are always empty and the toddler/baby swings usually have a wait.

Details: There is a large (4" diameter) limb broken and hanging over the paved pathway that goes through Park Ridge East Park. Mr. Ward called to let us know that on several occasions he has seen folks drive back to the Wapehani Bike Park and dump brush and other debris. He knows what they're doing is illegal but doesn't want to get in trouble trying to catch them! He lives at the corner of Wapehani/Weimer roads and uses the park frequently and wants to see it taken care of. Also, has some questions about off-roading in the big open field by the park. At a Babe Ruth game at Winslow @ a late game, CANNOT SEE because there are 20 field lights NOT working. REALLY?!?!? All the money that get spent in this town on beautification and you can't afford lights?!?!?
