How is the city inspecting the newly installed curb cuts on E 2nd St. between Mitchell and High to ensure they are accessible? Several of these new curb cuts seem to have been completed, but they are not flush with the pavement -- they have at least a 1 inch lip on them.
Sidewalk raised 3" on west side of sare, just south of Canada drive. There are two especially bad spots in front of Brookdale Senior living center. A woman fell here today and broke her shoulder.

Traffic slowing curb cuts installed on Allen are filled with weeds. Walking by them forces you out into the street and visibility is hampered by the weeds
700 S Eastside Drive. This sidewalk was once sagging and was repaired by the city, now it is flaking again. A hazard for the many pedestrians who walk here daily on their way to campus.
The roundabout curbs on Tapp Road and Fullerton Pike need to be painted with REFLECTIVE paint. It is extremely difficult to see them in low-light conditions. I am a cautious driver, yet I have difficulty following their curves, and end up driving on them _often_ at night. Please, please paint these curbs with reflective material!!!
