Metal stub from broken off signpost on west sidewalk (even side of street) is a major tripping hazard. It needs to come out, and until that happens it really needs a cone or something to make it visible to pedestrians.

All along 17th street starting at tri north the work has created large dirt piles and rock debris. They’ve started growing grass in piles of rock that weren’t there until duke poles and this fiber stuff work began. Is this going to be fixed and removed? Looks a mess and hazard to sidewalk users and when it rains it makes it dangerous

An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. If someone chooses to respond to this concern by phone, please note that we have very limited office hours, but they could leave a voice message. Email is actually best. Thank you! Person has been living on the curb for roughly 10 days with several carts of belongings and a dog that jumps out barking at people as they walk by on the sidewalk. While the person generally stays on the part of the curb that is not the sidewalk, this can't be permitted to take place in a safe and civil city.
