Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The sidewalk on Stands Drive (Eastside of 3401 S. Ashwood Drive) is in terrible shape (crumbled gravel). The problem exits on S. Ashwood on the north side of the property. We reported the condition of sidewalk over ten years ago. Really.

The sidewalks on the drive to the Women's Clinic have curbs rather than a curbcut. This means that a person who uses a power wheelchair can't get to the Clinic via her wheelchair.

The roadway has been built up quite a bit in front of our house at 2006 S Sussex, resulting in a significant dip between the street and our driveway. This is causing the bottom of the cars to scrape when entering and exiting. Surrounding houses have had blacktop poured into this area to level out the connection. Could we have that done too please?
