Last week my grandmother, Linda Gast, was walking near the Crescent Park Condos on John Hinkle Place across from the post office. She tripped on uneven sidewalk and fell and broke her arm. This break required an ED visit and surgery that included a metal plate and several screws. This sidewalk is near Bell Trace, where she lives, and a lot of older people are using the sidewalks in this area. We would really like to see some attention given to this sidewalk in order to prevent others from being injured.

The trash and recycling bins were on the sidewalk in front of the house this evening (Thursday). Since the bins were full and their trash day is Monday, I suspect the bins were placed out 4 days early.

There is a damaged sidewalk with a large crack and significantly uneven surfaces causing a tripping hazard. Many less severe problem spots on sidewalks in the neighborhood have been fixed in the last 1-2 years, but this one was not. Thank you for the attention.

The prior uReport was finalized by saying the issue was mitigated. I walked by this morning and it hasn't been mitigated. The missing sidewalk is on the west side of Sare Rd about 200 yards south of Moore's. It's across the street from the Verona Coffee shop. There is a very dangerous joint in the sidewalk in Woodscrest in front of 2623 E. Windermere Woods Dr. We believe it is a city sidewalk since it is on a city street. Can the joint be shaved to even put the surfaces?

618 S Ballantine and many properties drain water onto the street, which freezes on the sidewalk. Not here, but often it is drains through a retaining wall directly on to the sidewalk. DANGER to PEDESTRIANS.
