There is a hole at least 2-3 ft deep and 12 inches in diameter along the curb across from the apartments within roughly 5 ft or so to the right of the fire hydrant but before the yellow plastic coated wire (closer to Crescent Donuts location) that is very dangerous.
I fell into the hole the other night while out on a trip to the gas station at around 12:45am on September 17, 2025.

The sidewalks on our street are dangerously raised. This issue was first reported about two years ago, and we also notified city crews in person when they were here for other work on our street. The sidewalks are used daily by children in our cul-de-sac, which makes this a serious safety concern.
Additionally, tree roots are growing under the sidewalks and into our front yard. Our lawn care provider even expressed concern that his equipment could be damaged by the exposed roots.
These issues require immediate attention from the city. Could you please let me know—via email or phone—how you intend to address this matter at your earliest convenience? Thank you for your prompt attention.

The traffic light pole here takes up half the sidewalk, leaving very little room for pedestrians to get around. Probably impossible for someone with a mobility aid to pass (e.g. wheelchair, walker). Seems like a major ADA issue. Even as someone with fine mobility, I barely had room to get by while staying on the sidewalk.
