Please consider banning parking in front of curb cuts. People with disabilities can have difficulties getting into the cars of people picking them up when other people park in from of their curb cuts. Curb cuts should be treated like driveways and should be kept open, not blocked.

Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

S Smith Rd and E Cobble Creek Road --Stella Ridge

Case Date:
12/23/2025

Stella Ridge had three entrances, but two were blocked off. The center column on the southern entrance is on the ground and there is room for a car to enter and exit onto Smith Road. I've seen a van parked there several times. Drivers on Smith won't be expecting a vehicle to pull out there and I'm concerned there could be an accident.
