Neighbor refuses to tame their overgrown of vines abd weeds up to their property line. Neighbors on either side is suffering damage to their properties. The overgrowth is has attracted feral cats and other with vermin
I own the home at 3821 W Tapp Rd. I am rehabbing it. The home to my left if you're looking at the home (3811 W Tapp Rd) has been a problem. The owners daughters husband has let a large amount of trash accumulate in the front and side yard. Dan has also stolen items out of the home that we are rehabbing. On multiple occasions there has been trash on our property. There is still trash hanging over the fence into our yard. I have asked Dan and the owner multiple times to clean up the trash and get it off of our property. Dan will not respond to my phone calls or txt. We will be listing the property in a week. I have had enough with the disregard they have displayed for us.
I live near the Broadview Park and I am concerned about issues with my neighbors. The neighbor at 705 W Graham is hoarding trash on their front lawn. This includes a rusty boat that hasn't moved or been touched in months. Other trash includes all of the rusty and moldy garbage that came with the boat. I am also concerned about 707 W Graham as they have quite a bit of scrap in the back yard. They park their trailer in the far back yard amongst scrap and rusty garbage. I noticed quite a bit of bugs that are a problem for my children and pets. Both of these homes contain residents that frequently litter, scream at each other, and have very unkempt yards that cause cascading issues with other homes in the area. House has couches and furniture in the yard, trash all over the yard that travels across and in to the street near the poplars garage. This trash and debris has been outside and growing since last week.
Big pile of branches left in yard for more than month now. City needs to start charging these people.

This house falls into several catagories: yard waste, trash, overgrowth, parking. You need a category for House looks inhabitable. Supposedly the case on this house is closed. They have done nothing but pile a bunch of limbs up around the yard. This is NOT landscaping. Basically the yard waste is permanently piled in the front yard. Lots of junk piled in front of house too. Cars parked in street even though there is a driveway. Would be more room if they cleaned up the junk in it.
