We have already spent almost 2 years to stop this from happening by BBY and Aaron Prange, who does the dumping. He still dumps his yard garbage over the fence into the easement. Sue me. Go ahead. I live near the Broadview Park and I am concerned about issues with my neighbors. The neighbor at 705 W Graham is hoarding trash on their front lawn. This includes a rusty boat that hasn't moved or been touched in months. Other trash includes all of the rusty and moldy garbage that came with the boat. I am also concerned about 707 W Graham as they have quite a bit of scrap in the back yard. They park their trailer in the far back yard amongst scrap and rusty garbage. I noticed quite a bit of bugs that are a problem for my children and pets. Both of these homes contain residents that frequently litter, scream at each other, and have very unkempt yards that cause cascading issues with other homes in the area. I would like to remain anonymous for my safety. Thank you.
