Other: Homeowner dumping yard waste over fence into the easement. This is against city zoning restrictions. We have already spent almost 2 years to stop this from happening by BBY and Aaron Prange, who does the dumping. He still dumps his yard garbage over the fence into the easement. Sue me. Go ahead. This is all TRUE.
