I put an approved yard waste bag with grass clippings (only about half full) on the curb for pickup on Monday, but it was not picked up. I have no idea why it wasn't taken. Now the bag is wet, full of decomposing clippings and will be a total mess in two weeks. Can it be picked up, please?

Now that one of the things that people have started doing is cleaning up their yards, I already see many containers and plastic bags ready for the first yard waste pick-up. This won't be, in our neighborhood, until April 13. Is there any chance this can be moved up so that paper bags don't have to sit in rain and wind until the first pick-uptime?
Thanks.
