Resident had difficulty with sanitation website and sent an email requesting a brochure, magnet and bin. All items were delivered to resident by Mike Courter.
Resident had difficulty with sanitation website and sent an email requesting a brochure, magnet and bin. All items were delivered to resident by Mike Courter.
Resident stated she missed putting her recycling out on time due to the holiday. I advised that we would do a one time courtesy pickup for her.
Resident called in about her recycling being written up for not being properly sorted. She stated she had been sorting it the same way for years and had never had problems before (paper in one, plastic/glass/aluminum in other). I sent Mike Courter out to check on it. He stated the recycling was fine and removed it from her residence.

Resident called in stating that recycle had not been picked up in two months. Joe Morrow/Roger Todd went out to pick up items. The majority of recycling was not sorted, so that recycling was left behind. They did take the recycling that was properly sorted
