Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. Collectors passed by our recycling containers this morning--managed to pick up our neighbors but missed ours. Tell them to look for the red containers with recycling logos on them sitting on curb. So glad my tax dollars go to pay for services that are not provided.

I HAVE CALLED THE SANITATION DEPT. 5/31, 6/1 AND THIS MORNING AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALLBACK. I HAVE A LARGE METAL CABINET AND WOULD LIKE TO PUT IT OUT FOR PICKUP. DO I NEED TO PUT (2) $2 STICKERS ON IT AND CAN I PUT IT OUT ON ANY TRASH PICKUP DAY.
