Regarding uReport #200160 I'm sorry. I reported earlier that we had a recycling cart with a broken wheel after Monday's pickup. There was some miscommunication between my husband and I regarding our damaged recycling bin. I understood him to say that the wheel was broken but in fact, it is the recycling cart that is damaged. I took a picture of the recycling cart this morning. Attached is a picture of the functioning wheel and the broken recycling cart. I apologize for my error in reporting incorrect information. Recycling container wheel bracket was broken during pickup, the can won't sit upright well now. Also, broken down cardboard box left on ground next to can after not being picked up.
