For rent signs that have been up since July. Also, too many tenants or occupancy in the home. They have 8-9 cars there everyday. This is the whole road with Matlock including round the corner to headly. They need to remove the rent sighs and occupancy needs to be investigated.
So, not actually graffiti but wasn't sure where to direct and it will be a similar power washer cleanup. On the brick sidewalk directly across the street from Showers someone poured white paint/mortar/??? down the storm drain and got it all over the brick sidewalk. I was hoping the recent rains would wash it off but no such luck. Thanks!

Graffiti on railing on sidewalk in front of La Una restaurant. This has been there for a week. I tried scrubbing with soap and water but could not remove it.
This is a yard maintenance issue in Matlock Heights. The rental property yard across the street at 2206 N. Fritz Drive has not been mowed for a month since the students have moved out.
This is a blight issue. Property needs to be cleaned, maintained and secured to prevent vagrancy.
